    • Bentley Sleeper? Pure Turbos developing Continental GT 6.0 liter W12 hybrid turbo upgrade

You have to wonder why this was not done sooner but your typical Bentley owner likely is not interested in performance as much as comfort and prestige. The Continental GT with its twin turbo 6.0 liter W12 was introduced over a decade ago and suffice it to say used examples are a bargain.

The 2004 Continental GT for example can be picked up in the ~$40k range. For that money you get all wheel drive, a 6-speed automatic, and a ton of displacement.

Ever look at a W12 block? This thing looks like it can take whatever you can throw at it and then some:

A lack of material is not a problem.

With stock Continental GT's capable of mid 12's in the 1/4 mile and tuned examples going into the 11's what will an example with the Pure Turbo hybrid turbochargers do?

For reference, stock output is 437 whp, 456 wtq. With a tune, 544 whp, 542 wtq.

Upgrade the turbos, add in some E85, and who knows what you will hit.

Are we talking about a 10-second 5200 pound twin turbo twelve cylinder all wheel drive luxury barge sleeper? Probably. And that's awesome.
