    • A McLaren Senna gets on a Dynojet - 724 rear wheel horsepower

Somehow Hennessey (never forget) got a McLaren Senna on a Dynojet. Now, the Senna utilizes a very similar engine to the McLaren 720S M840T 4.0 liter twin turbo V8. McLaren calls the Senna variant the M840TR and it is rated at 789 horsepower.

Like the 720S the motor it is underrated but not nearly to the same degree:

That is a ton of power stock and it certainly explain how the Senna easily blew the 600LT away in a drag race the other day.

Given that a good 720S flash is good for an increase of 150 crank hp, I'd say a similiar flash would give the Senna around 850 whp.

The Senna likely has differently sized turbos.

It certainly will be interesting to see what a tune on it does.

Yes, different turbos on the Senna could yield a higher power gain via flash than is typical on the 720S. Good point. I was just suggesting a ballpark figure given some known variables.
