    • Stock internal Nissan GT-R with RDE800 turbos vs. McLaren 720S highway runs

      Godzilla may be old at this point but he sure can still run. What makes these highway pulls particularly impressive is that the Nissan GT-R is a stock internal VR38DETT example running the smallest turbo upgrade RD Engineering provides for the platform.


      The RDE800 turbos are good for roughly 700 awhp on pump gas an ~850 awhp on E85.

      One has to assume the the GT-R is running ethanol considering the way it pulls what appears to be a stock 720S.

      In the first run the McLaren gets the hit. The second race is an even start.
